A name once used by the French to describe the poetic beauty of Northern Vietnam during the Lê Dynasty (18th–19th century), Le Tonkin invites you into a refined journey of culture, flavour, and time.

Our signature dishes are inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam, thoughtfully reinterpreted in Melbourne. With a deep passion for Southeast Asian cuisine, our chef brings each recipe to life — balancing tradition with creativity, and elevating every dish through carefully selected local ingredients.
